Meet Hugh

Hugh Liddle is the founder of Red Cap Sales Coaching and widely known as The Chiropractic Sales Wizard.

After serving in the U.S. Air Force, Hugh began his sales career in 1970, launching what would become a five-decade journey mastering and teaching the art of selling.

He’s sold everything from financial services and marketing packages to gym memberships and roofing, and has led multiple sales teams, written sales manuals, and trained hundreds of professionals to close with confidence and integrity.

In 2008, Hugh founded Red Cap Sales Coaching to help others do the same. Since then, he’s helped thousands of entrepreneurs, especially chiropractors and service-based business owners, attract more clients, convert with ease, and retain loyal customers without feeling pushy or “salesy.”

Today, Hugh continues to coach and mentor chiropractors and entrepreneurs across the country, helping them become sales wizards in their own right—growing their income, impact, and freedom in record time.

When he’s not coaching, Hugh enjoys life in Sebring, Florida with his wife Priscilla, their pets, and a large family that includes six children, twelve grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. He’s also a lifelong musician who plays bass and sings with his church praise team.

For over a decade, Hugh has also served as Julie Jones’s personal sales coach and dear friend—a relationship she credits with completely transforming her mindset around sales and inspiring the foundations of her own Quantum Sales Accelerator program.
