Ungatekeeping the Behaviors & Routines That Got Me to $100K Pt. 1

Part 1: The Unsexy Truth About Growth
Let’s be real—this first one isn’t flashy or groundbreaking. But it’s one of the biggest reasons my business has grown to six figures in the first 2 yrs.
π Posting consistently for almost 5 years.
And yes, that includes the 3 years before I even officially launched my business.
I’ve posted at least 4 times a week for about 5 years now. When I started, I wasn’t even in business coaching yet.
My content evolved as I did:
β
Health coaching content
β
Motherhood content
β
Chiropractic team training
β
Life coaching
β
… and eventually, business & sales strategy.
Some of you have been here for that whole journey. And if you have? You know that my life has changed A LOT.
Why Consistency Matters More Than “Niche Clarity”
A lot of business owners hold themselves back from posting because they think they need to have everything figured out first.
β “I’m not clear on my niche yet.”
β “I don’t know what my core message is.”
β “What if I change my mind?”
Guess what? You will change. Your business will evolve. Your offers will shift. But if you’re consistently showing up and sharing, you build something that lasts: trust.
People trust you when you:
βοΈ Show up consistently and reliably.
βοΈ Share your real-life journey, ideas, and experiences.
βοΈ Provide value before and after they’ve paid you.
βοΈ Let them see you evolve and grow.
Think about the people you follow online. You’re likely drawn to the ones who show up over and over again. The ones who let you into their world, who teach, who offer insights, who provide value long before you ever buy from them.
That’s what consistency does—it builds relationships.
How This Has Impacted My Business Growth
A huge percentage of my clients have come directly from my network—people who have been following my content for months (sometimes years). And almost ALL of my clients continue consuming my content even after they’ve enrolled in my programs.
Why? Because I don’t stop providing value after the sale. I keep showing up.
And you know what that does?
π It keeps them engaged.
π It makes them feel supported.
π It increases retention.
The Takeaway: Just Start Showing Up
If you’ve been holding back from posting because you feel unclear, uncertain, or afraid of getting it wrong—just start.
It’s not about perfection.
It’s not about having all the answers.
It’s about consistently showing up so people can build trust in you over time.
Because when you do? You build an audience that turns into clients.
Stay tuned for Part 2—where I talk about the game-changing shift that made me more productive AND more profitable. π
