Terms Of Service: 

1. The duration of the agreement will be no more than 12 weeks, beginning on an agreed upon date shortly after purchase. Either Party may terminate this Agreement for any reason with 30 days written notice to the other Party, however, in the event that the client terminates the agreement, no refund will be given. 

2. If the client should no longer require support with hiring, onboarding, or creating company culture, the credit from the program may be applied toward another service offered by Julie Jones LLC. 

3. By submitting payment the Client agrees to be responsible for paying $3550 total and will not be subject to fee increases during the duration of this agreement. 

The client is also responsible for any applicable bank charges associated with international payments, currency exchanges or payment processor charges. For those who opt for the 2 installment option, please note that in the event of non-payment of the second installment, services will be suspended immediately and the client will be removed from the program with all monies still owing.

4. In Help Me Hire you will have consistent access to guidance regarding any element of the hiring process. While we cannot make a guarantee about who you will hire and if they will be in it for the long haul, we do know that if you implement everything we teach, you will make significant strides in your capacity to hire great people and set them up for success.
